through a series of guided observations and subtle prompts, you will begin to notice what shifts, what brightens, what softens and what feels like your own.
this work does not assign categories or fixed palettes.
it invites you to see for yourself.

not to choose between, but to place side by side.
to notice what responds, and what comes alive.
the practice unfolds over six week, with space for reflection, repetition, and return.
